Westwood’s Rishelle Tarr Elected to CKCA Board of Directors | Cabinetry Leadership News

We’re proud to announce that Rishelle Tarr, Director of Business Operations at Westwood Cabinetry, has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Canadian Kitchen Cabinet Association (CKCA) for the 2025–2026 term.

The CKCA, established in 1968, is Canada’s national trade association representing the kitchen cabinet industry. The organization works to advance innovation, excellence, and collaboration across the country—values that deeply align with Rishelle’s work here at Westwood and within the broader cabinetry community.

Since joining Westwood in 2018, Rishelle has played a key role in driving operational excellence and expanding our presence in the multi-family and B2B cabinetry markets. With a background in finance, sales, and business operations, she brings strategic insight and process-driven leadership to every part of the business. Her election to the CKCA board reflects her commitment to the future of our industry and her passion for creating connection across regional and market lines.

“I’m honored to join the CKCA Board of Directors at such an exciting time for our industry,” said Rishelle. “I look forward to contributing to a national conversation about innovation, quality, and inclusion in Canadian cabinetry—and to learning from my fellow board members along the way.”

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rishelle is also a strong advocate for women in manufacturing and leadership, and she hopes her role on the board helps continue the momentum of inclusion and mentorship in the cabinetry field.

Use UV-protective window film, blinds, or sheer curtains to reduce sun exposure. This helps prevent fading and keeps cabinet materials from warping or drying out.
